Designing a rapid exception-handling console allowing compliance officers to approve or flag flagged identity dossiers in under 15 seconds.
When automated OCR models detect edge cases (e.g. damaged IDs or signature mismatches), applications are routed to human review officers. We redesigned this console for speed: dual-pane document zooming, side-by-side database match comparisons, and full keyboard-only navigation.
